Reference MaterialMobileTek maintains on file a comprehensive library of Tektronix® manuals, microfiche, PDF files, and technical publications. All of these contain the necessary information for the proper repair, modification, and calibration of your Tektronix® instruments. PartsA comprehensive inventory of Tektronix® parts is maintained to insure the least amount of down time possible. Because of our 30 years in the industry we have parts for some of the older Tektronix® instruments. If you are restoring an older Tek® instrument check with us for price and availibity for parts. CalibrationCalibration of your equipment will be performed utilizing devices traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) within the limitations of the Institute's calibration service. Except as indicated, the accuracy of your instrument will be as good or better than specified in the manufacturer's catalog. The calibration will conform to MIL-STD-45662A and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994. A certificate of traceability will be supplied with the instrument. At your request we can track the recalibration dates for your equipment and notify you in advance so you can maintain your equipment's certification. WarrantyMobileTek warrants a calibrated instrument for 90 days. If a part fails that we have replaced there will be no charge. If a part we didn't replace fails you'll only be charged for the part.
